Spirulina increases the nutritional value of any food you mix it with. It is easy and safe to grow. Just a tablespoon of Spirulina can replace a whole salad.

It is harvested by passing the liquid culture through a special fabric that will pass the water through and leave a concentrated paste of Spirulina spirals.

Every other plant has a cellulose cell wall around all its cells to protect it, however Spirulina has no cellulose wall making it 100% digestible.

Spirulina has twice as much protein as meat and the rest is vitamins and minerals – similar to what you get from dark, leafy greens but in concentrated form.
